BMG - Calendars
I've done numerous calendars for BMG over the years, and a consistent objective is always to demonstrate the broader product offering, beyond just bearings. I believe these 2 calendar layouts were particularly effective at doing that, both presenting the diversity of components on offer, in a visually interesting way.

In 2013, it was achieved by means of a 3D mech suit render, where I engaged the considerable talents of 3D artist Johann Saaiman. A futuristic industrial context is immediately apparent which suits the brand vision perfectly. It's pitched as 'A synergy of human ingenuity, and mechanical performance'.

In 2012, it involved physically laying out a broad range of product on the floor of one of BMG's distribution warehouses. We then photographed the massive logo from a basket atop a fully extended forklift. It's an extremely simple concept, the idea that 'BMG is made up of all these products', but it's often the simplest ideas that are the clearest and most effective.
