FIGATA - Digital Campaign
Figata's Food Emporium offered a pleasantly convenient way for people to consume their high-end foodie fare (fancy ingredients could be bought as groceries, or gourmet prepared meals purchased as take-aways). It meant that you could quite feasibly order something as fancy as a high end restaurant would offer, but still end up eating it using take-away containers and cutlery.
'GOURMET FOOD FOR EVERYDAY PEOPLE' was the conceptual platform we created to establish the sentiment, and the visual of a diner adjusting a tuxedo T-shirt before a fancy layout of takeaway packaging and utensils, landed the apparent contradiction perfectly.
Figata would regularly mail their database of customers to pitch their fancy take-away menus that they'd develop for various calendar events in Durban e.g. Valentine's Day / A concert in the Botanic gardens
