LOVE AFRICA - Logo and Stationery
Love Africa is a company that facilitates skills development and further learning for professional athletes that have had to move on from competing, enabling them to evolve and continue their career paths sustainably.
This idea of sustainability... lead to 'Sustaining Ability', the positioning statement I developed for them. It basically puts their active mission forward in 2 simple words.
From a design point of view, the name consists of two words with immediate visual associations. Africa = Continent. Love = Heart. I chose to introduce some meaning into the way I combined the two, where they effectively morph into each other through repeated concentric layers... Fingerprints. Contour lines. Timber rings. All have suitable conceptual links to the brand offering.
A vibrant colour palette was also applied, with diverse business card, email signature and letterhead colour applications and combinations of what is effectively a monotone, but variable brand.
